Debra Childers works professionally developing marketing and media strategies in one of the largest churches in the U.S. Her work includes buying and positioning print, online and broadcast media, as well as media training, media relations, community relations, crisis communication and strategic planning within the communications team environment.

Building on her years as a communications professional Debra has attained a Master of Arts in Teaching, equipping her to become part of a learning environment that is devoted to student achievement. Debra’s desire is to serve her students by inspiring them to a lifelong passion for learning, is based upon academic credentials preparing her to lead her students toward solid academic and interpersonal skills.

Ms. Childers ownership of a video production company whose focus is education and fundraising, has developed her skill as scriptwriter, producer and on camera talent, skills that benefit both the classroom and educational institution she will serve. Debra has created custom video solutions for organizations as diverse as the Hopeful Hearts foundation, Girl Scouts, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Chick‐Fil A, Videotext animated Algebra, Geometry and

 Trigonometry series , Fiestaware, Bass Pro Shops, and John Deere.

Debra Childers fund raising videos have provided over a million dollars in aid for children living in orphanages in the Ukraine, India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Haiti and Myanmar.  Understanding different cultures as well as children from at risk environments will translate well to the students and families she will serve in the future.

Debra Childers is a published textbook author, as well as features writer. Debra has contributed to several editions of the widely adopted college textbook, Basic Marketing, by Drs. Perreault, McCarthy and Cannon. Her passion for teaching and marketing are perfectly integrated into dynamic videos for college classroom instruction in the U.S. and abroad. Ms.

Childers writes for NFocus magazine, whose mission is to highlight benevolence and charitable achievement in Louisville, KY.

When she isn’t writing, producing, editing marketing materials, or extending her

relationships with media around the world, she works with Life In Abundance raising funds for some of the world’s poorest men, women and children living in thirteen African nations.
